CMI announces the upcoming ground breaking for the Truax Hotel parking structure. The parking structure will accompany the new hotel with 200+ stall valet parking located in Old Town Temecula.

CMI will start to break ground on the TRUAX Hotel in early 2017. The Truax Hotel, located in Old Town Temecula, is part of the Truax Legacy. Built with the latest technologies this “Turn of the Century Design” acknowledges the area’s historic Western past while embracing the innovation of today. This four-star luxury hotel, will be built with state-of-the-art technology.
