Temecula, CA: CMI is part of the future vision for Uptown Temecula. The area will be a vibrant, pedestrian friendly, urban area that allows for a mix of uses, ranging from eight-story full-service hotels to multi-level residential, mixed and commercial uses. CMI is the first project to break ground in the area for the Temecula Auto Spa.
This is the flagship Auto Spa for Mr. Wayne Knyal. CMI is the design/builder on the new Auto Spa located in Temecula, and will offer a drive thru car wash that includes an extensive filtration system that utilizes reclaimed water. The new car wash will reclaim or recycle 85% to 95% of all water used to wash your vehicle, and all wash products are biodegradable and do not contaminate the water or run off to the city drains. This is an automated tunnel system that will wash and wax you car and even apply the tire dressing.
The Temecula Auto Spa will be one of the most eco-friendly ways to wash your car. When you wash your car at home, the excess water is full of harmful residue that flows into storm drains leading to rivers, streams and creeks where the chemicals poison aquatic life and destroy other ecosystems.
